We focus on deploying strategy, evaluation and training to enable both Higher Education providers and schools to develop initiatives that transform young people’s lives.
Our team unites access and widening participation specialists with social scientists, teachers and senior leaders with decades of experience.
For Universities
We provide support with access, outreach, widening participation and public engagement strategies. We deliver training sessions to staff to build evaluation and targeting tools, and work with partners to evaluate programmes.
For Schools
We work with schools to build provision for high attainers across all year groups, whether this be light-touch, classroom-based or whole school programmes. We can also train staff supporting students writing their university applications.
